Business Compliance Guide for Non Governmental Organisation (NGO)

As part of the terms for use of intaSend Solution, you need to provide business registration documents for a compliance check. The documents and information required have been listed below in this guide:

The following documents are mandatory to get verified by IntaSend:

  1. Business Registration Certificate
  2. KRA Tax Certificate
  3. A Cancelled Cheque
  4. Recent List of Company Directors (CR-12)
  5. Stamped Board of Directors Resolution

Step 1: Click on the Settings option

Step 2: Start Compliance process

To start the compliance process and document submission, click on the update documents button.

Step 3: Choose your business type as ‘NGO / Non-Profit’ if you are a non-governmental organization.

Step 4: Click on choose file to upload the business registration certificate.

Step 5: Click on the choose file to upload the KRA certificate for the business.

Step 6. Type the address of where the business is located.

Step 7: Click on choose file to upload a canceled cheque.

Step 8: Click on choose file to upload the most recent list of directors (CR-12)

Step 9: Click on choose file to upload a stamped board of directors resolution on a company letterhead approving the opening of an account at IntaSend for the purpose of collection and disbursement of funds.

Step 10: Click on the drop-down menu and choose the director of the business.

Step 11: Click on the update button to submit the documents.

IntaSend team will review the submitted documents and approve if it’s in compliance with our terms. The review process will take 1 -3 days.
