How do I track my referrals and earnings?
You can track your referrals and earnings directly from your IntaSend dashboard. There, you will find detailed information about your referral activity, including the status of your referrals and any commissions earned.
When will I receive my commission payments?
Commissions are calculated on the 3rd of each month and are paid out monthly. You will receive your earnings once your referrals start transacting with IntaSend within the first three months after they sign up.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No, there is no limit to the number of people you can refer! The more you share IntaSend with your network, the more you can earn through our Ambassador Program. Feel free to spread the word across any platform that works for you!
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs associated with using IntaSend?
No, IntaSend does not charge setup fees. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden costs, allowing you to focus on growing your business without worrying about unexpected fees. You only pay a small transaction fee for each payment processed.
Does IntaSend support sending money abroad?
Currently, IntaSend only supports disbursements to Kenyan clients, with no outbound international transfer options at this time.
Is IntaSend available outside Kenya?
Yes. IntaSend processes collections and payouts in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and DRC. International companies can sign one agreement and reach all 5 markets through a single API, and new markets are added over time.
